Carlos Gausman, 25, of Santa Monica was killed when his car hit a tree on Washington Blvd. April 6 after a hit and run accident he was speeding away from. Culver City Police received a call at 4:20 a.m. saying a single car had collided with a tree on Washington Blvd. between Helms and Sherbourne Avenues.
