    After a lengthy discussion, the Culver City Council this week gave the green light to reopen Main Street to auto traffic. At its Monday night meeting, the Council voted 3-2 to open Main Street to vehicles on weekdays but close it on Tuesday afternoon for the Farmer's Market and on the weekends.     Culver City police are looking for a man who robbed at gunpoint a minimart on Overland Avenue last week and is suspected of committing similar crimes in Southern California. The owner of the store, Ahmad Haba, says that he may have security camera footage that will reveal the identity of the perpetrator.
