    A 16 year old boy died of a drug overdose Sunday afternoon in the 1000 block of Yale Street, reports Lt. Rudy Flores of the Santa Monica Police Department. His parents believe he ordered Xanax or Percocet online. They turned out to be laced with Fentanyl. The boy was Dr. Laura Berman's son, Samuel.     Sacto to End Single Family Homes In an unprecedented move, Sacramento may soon approve a plan that would make the city the first in California, and one of the first in the country, to end zoning that permits only one single-family home on a property. Newsom's change in policy follows a United States Supreme Court Ruling in favor of South Bay United Pentecostal Church and against the State of California.     2/17: A woman was killed and a teenager was hospitalized in a West Los Angeles car crash Wednesday, an LAFD spokesman said.
