The Culver City Democratic Club has endorsed Culver City Council candidates Meghan Sahli-Wells and Jim Clarke. They were the only two candidates to receive the required minimum of 48 votes for endorsement at last week’s meeting. Culver City Chamber Of Commerce President Steven Rose was released from the hospital on Tuesday after being admitted on Monday night, February 6, with an erratic heartbeat. Rose received a pacemaker on Monday to regulate his heart. Rose served on the Culver City Council for eight years from 2000 until 2008, including one term as Mayor. Superintendent Jaffee Retires…Again Less than one year after being named Superintendent of the Culver City Unified School District, Patti Jaffee announced her retirement.
