    Weather officials are warning that flash flooding will occur in Culver as storm batters the region with heavy rainfall. The National Weather Service at 3:41 p.m. issued a Flash Flood Warning for central and western LA County that will be in effect until midnight.     Culver City high school has five winter sports teams competing in the last weeks of the regular season but only one team is guaranteed to go to the big dance which is the CIF Southern Section playoffs.     LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Sparks today announced the re-signing of guard Layshia Clarendon and forward Rae Burrell. Per team policy, the terms of the agreements were not released. In 2023, Clarendon averaged a career-best 11.1 points and 1.1 steals while shooting 45.7 percent from the three-point line in her first season with the Sparks.
