    As you may know, there was an attempted bank robbery last week at the One West Bank Branch on Jefferson Boulevard. Two suspects were apprehended, and it is believed that two suspects are at-large. CCPD immediately contacted us and placed El Rincon Elementary School on a modified lock down.
