By Steven Hadland Observer Publisher Less than two weeks before his 90th birthday Meyer "Mike" Meyerson of Culver City was killed by a suspected drunk driver on October 4 as he was leaving Yom Kippur services at Veteran’s Auditorium. The accident happened at around 10 pm as Meyerson was crossing Overland Avenue after leaving the services held by Temple Akiba at Vets. The driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene.
